Why this exists

I built this because no one built it for me.

For years I was told my labs were "normal" while I was exhausted, freezing, foggy, and watching my hair thin in the shower. The answer was always another prescription or a shrug. So I went and learned what my doctors weren't taught — full thyroid panels, optimal ranges, how food and water and stress shape hormones — and slowly came back to myself.

This site is the resource I wish I'd had on day one. It's for the woman who knows something is off, who's tired of being dismissed, and who's ready to understand her own body — gently, without the overwhelm.
